Why there is no launch-hour countdown here
A calendar release date does not establish a midnight unlock or a rollout order by time zone. The regional timetables shared online were compiled from store listings, not published by Rockstar, and store listings can change. This page will show a local-time conversion only when Rockstar or a platform holder publishes a specific time that can be cited.
What is confirmed to happen at your local midnight is the pre-load on November 12 — count down to it here.
